Formulation Process: Collected 385 clinical questions from multiple refractive surgery centers nationwide. After sorting, summarizing, investigating patient preferences and values, and seeking the opinions of the consensus expert group on the inclusion of clinical questions using the classic Delphi method, the clinical questions to be studied were determined. Reviewed 250,000 studies and reached a consensus covering key points before, during and after surgery.
Significance: It is the first evidence-based guideline for refractive surgery in China and the first evidence-based guideline for minimally invasive small incision lenticule extraction surgery in the world, which can provide guiding help for ophthalmological medical institutions carrying out corneal refractive lenticule extraction surgery.
