This consensus was jointly compiled by 44 Chinese medical experts led by Ma Changsheng and Jiang Chenyang, and was officially released at the 21st International Forum on Atrial Fibrillation on July 8, 2023. It consists of eight chapters, focusing on the construction standards and technical specifications of fluoroless cardiac electrophysiology laboratories. In terms of laboratory construction, it clarifies the recommendations for site selection, staffing, and essential equipment configuration. For related technologies, it emphasizes the application value of intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), three - dimensional navigation technology, and pressure sensing technology, and specifies the recommended procedures for fluoroless atrial arrhythmia surgeries. It aims to standardize the construction of fluoroless cardiac electrophysiology laboratories and the clinical application of related technologies in China, reduce radiation exposure for medical staff and patients, and promote the green, safe, and efficient development of the electrophysiology field.
该共识的发布填补了全球无射线心脏电生理实验室建设标准的空白，为相关技术的规范化推广提供了中国方案，也推动了 “绿色电生理” 理念在国际上的传播与应用。
